My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago was largely enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful rooms and excellent customer service. However, I was a bit disappointed by the bathroom's dated finish and some minor issues during my stay. Overall, I would consider returning. 😊

The service was really good, especially in the Club Lounge where staff like Mary Joe and Veronica made us feel at home with thoughtful touches. However, I did encounter some maintenance issues with my room that detracted from the experience.
